Usage:
* All banks are in Hong Kong and currency is HKD.
* Select the bank and click DETAIL to view the charge detail.
* Input all fields and click CALCULATE to calculate the amounts.
* The paid amount is the total amount that you need to pay for buying this stock.
* The received amount is the total amount that you will receive after selling this stock.
* The lossless sell price is the suggested minimum sell price when you want to sell this stock without loss.
